| Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between
Kinnah Tours & Travel and you, our client. These
are the sole terms and conditions that will apply and
by signing up for a Kinnah Tours & Travel’
trip, you accept to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Party Suppliers
Kinnah Tours & Travel acts as a booking agent for
hotels, airlines, ground transporters, boat operators,
hot air balloon companies and other independent contractors
providing accommodations, transportation, and other
services that Kinnah Tours & Travel subcontracts
on behalf of its clients. Each of these companies is
an independent company and is not subject to the control
of Kinnah Tours & Travel. Kinnah Tours & Travel
therefore will not be liable for any personal injury,
property damage or loss which may occur as a result
of using such subcontracted services however, Kinnah
Tours & Travel will always endeavour to contract
services of companies which in Kinnah Tours & Travel
discretion, deliver the contracted services in the appropriate
quality while adhering to the laws of the land.
In the event that any supplier is unable to provide
contracted services for whatever reason, Kinnah Tours
& Travel will endeavour to offer you alternative
arrangements of similar classification whenever possible.
Should you not be willing to take the alternative arrangements
offered by Kinnah Tours & Travel, any refunds to
which you may be entitled will be subject to the terms
and conditions of the relevant supplier.
Payment
Terms
‘The booking’ refers to part or all of the
travel arrangements for transportation, accommodation,
flights, sightseeing excursions, meals, entertainment
and other linked services made on behalf of the client,
some of which may be subcontracted from other independent
suppliers. A binding contract between you, the client
and Kinnah Tours & Travel comes into existence when
we receive your booking request and a deposit payment
for the booking.
A
deposit of 35% of the total booking value is required
in order to confirm part or all of the booking. Certain
suppliers impose more stringent payment policies. Should
your program include services of such suppliers, Kinnah
Tours & Travel will advise you at the time of booking
if your booking will require some additional deposit
payments.
The balance is payable 60 days before the date of the
first service by Kinnah Tours & Travel. Should the
client fail to remit payments in line with these set
time frames, Kinnah Tours & Travel reserves the
right to treat the booking as cancelled and thereby
apply any resultant penalties.
Cancellations
By Client
Cancellations of part or all of a booking must be received
by Kinnah Tours & Travel in writing at least 61
days before the service date. Cancellations received
less than 61 days before the service date will incur
the following penalties:
Between 90 and 61 days - 10% of the total booking
value
Between 60 and 35 days - 25% of the total booking value
Between 34 and 25 days - 35% of the total booking value
Between 24 and 16 days - 50% of the total booking value
Between 15 and 0 days - 100% booking value
All guests are strongly advised to take out comprehensive
travel insurance covering them for luggage, personal
effects, personal accident, medical and emergency travel
expenses, cancellation and curtailment of travel arrangements
because bookings will be subject to cancellation penalties
as detailed above.
Cancellations
Or Changes By Small World of Travellers:.
Kinnah Tours & Travel reserves the right to discontinue
and summarily cancel any booking in respect of which
payment has fallen in arrears. In the event of this
right being exercised, relevant cancellation penalties
will be payable by the client or deducted from any deposit
payments already made.
Note:
Kinnah Tours & Travel is committed to maintaining
a close and mutually beneficial relationship with all
its clients. We realize that the satisfaction of our
clients is our greatest asset. Our morals therefore
are guided by a high level of professionalism, honesty
and Integrity. From the time you send us your first
enquiry, you will be served by a dedicated consultant
till the time you return home. Your travel arrangements
will be reviewed every so often in order to eliminate
chances of errors and omissions.
Note:
We reserve the right to withdraw any tour announced
on this website or on any of our publications and to
make such alterations to the itineraries as may be deemed
desirable for the proper carrying out of the tours.
In the event it becomes necessary in Kinnah Tours &
Travel discretion to alter the arrangements or itineraries
for the clients’ comfort or welfare for any reason
whatsoever, such alterations may be made without penalty
to Real Africa Safaris. Additional expenses if any shall
be borne by the client. Kinnah Tours & Travel reserves
the right to decline, to accept or retain any person
as a member of any group participating in Kinnah Tours
& Travel tour at any time. If in the reasonable
opinion of a person in authority such as our Safari
guide, a member of our management team, a pilot or captain,
a client is not fit to travel or is likely to disturb
or harm other members of a tour, Kinnah Tours &
Travel reserves the right to discontinue such a client
from the tour. In such a case, no refund will be paid
to the client for any lost accommodations or services
and the cost of other or extra accommodations or travel
arrangements will be the client’s responsibility.
Force Majeure
"Force Majeure" means any circumstances where
the execution of contractual services is prevented or
affected by factors beyond the reasonable control of
Kinnah Tours & Travel, including, but not limited
to acts of God, war and threat of war, civil strife,
industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural disasters
such as weather conditions, earthquakes, volcano eruptions,
fire, governmental actions and other unexpected occurrences.
In these circumstances, we shall not be liable to pay
any compensation or otherwise be responsible for any
expenses or losses the client may incur where we are
forced as a result to cancel, delay, curtail or change
the clients’ arrangements in any way or where
the performance or prompt performance of our contractual
obligations is prevented or affected.
Travel
Documents
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that
their passport, visa, health certificates, inoculations,
or other documentation required for the trip are obtained
and are in order. Should Kinnah Tours & Travel incur
any costs as a result of failure by the client to fulfill
this responsibility, such costs shall be recovered from
the client.
Special
Requests & Important Information
The client must either directly or through their travel
agent, advise Kinnah Tours & Travel in writing of
any special requests or important information about
themselves such as diet, physical disability and any
need for special treatment or handling at the time of
booking.
